I am a pretty big guy. I am attempting to not be big anymore.

28 years old, 6'3", trying to do this while I have a decent metabolism.

I started at 387 pounds and hated everything. I started this tumblr at 330. My goals for now are 300, then 275, then 250.

I do a mix of running and weights. I completed the Couch to 5k program, running my 3.1 miles! I also lift, although I have trouble doing squats and deadlifts because of a bad knee. I also do my best to eat well.
